      This was an incredible moment in my life and I want to share this miracle with all of you! First, I started another one of my walks on July 16th, 2008 from Dandridge, Tennessee in the exact location I ended my first 874 mile walk at the downtown Dandridge Subway restaurant at 6:00am. Our New Destination? Harpo Studio's in hopes of meeting Oprah! In faith, I took my first step and headed Northwest! I walked through Knoxville, on into the state of Kentucky through Indiana and eventually I made it to Chicago IL.  720 miles later I had picked my sister up at the O'Hare Air Port, we checked into our rooms and decided to take a walk to just get our bearing in this very large city when all of the sudden, we ran into Stedman, Oprah's Boyfriend!!!!  I could not believe it.  I Immediately ran over to him and shared with him what I had done. We continued to walk and talk about the entire journey.  I told him how I was feeding the homeless along the way and I told him how much I had always wanted to meet Oprah...Well he told her and when I arrived at the show on August 27th, she called me out of the audience and I was able to share my entire experience with her.  We hugged each other and she told them to take a picture!!!! Only the Lord could have put all of these pieces together!!!.. I will be forever grateful to the Lord, Stedman, and to Oprah and her staff for making a dream come true! 

   Keep walking, Keep trusting, Keep dreaming, Anything is Possible with God!!!

The trip back to Chicago was Great! I had my interview with Bob Green and Stedman. The program aired on XM 156 January 5th 2009 9:00am, 1:00pm, 5:00pm, and 9:00 pm.
